RCI9734/001RF and RCI9754/001RF locks from MOIA Serrature are designed as ideal replacements for aluminum front door band locks. The manufacturing process of these locks includes 5 steps. Every stage of production takes place in OMR’s factories, guaranteeing Made in Italy quality. The fact that OMR controls the entire process also makes any possible customization of the locks, including custom designs.
Semi-finished steel coils
Semi-finished steel coils arrive at the company and are cut into slabs and prepared for cutting.

Laser cutting
The plates are fed into the laser cutting machine, where the operator sets the cutting program through the terminal. The machine then begins the job of cutting the various components of the lock, from the box to the internal components.

Folding
The cut and finished components are passed under presses to take on their final shape. During this process, the various elements are bent and the pins that guide the internal movements in the lock are built in the lock box.

Stainless treatment and finishing
Key components are finished, made stainless and resistant to weather, dirt, salt and corrosive agents.

Assembly, labeling and packaging
The lock is assembled by hand by MOIA technicians. Once assembled, each lock is tested in its operation, labeled and boxed for shipment to the customer.
